This Return and Refund Policy (
between you (“Subscriber”)
and Digital Downline™ (
applies to your paid, trial or other subscription (“Subscription”)
to the Company’s platform and Company-sponsored events, if applicable.Subscription Services
A Subscription will renew on a monthly basis in perpetuity until earlier terminated by Subscriber. A Subscriber may cancel a Subscription at any time through their membership account, or upon written notice to email@example.com.
The Company may cancel a Subscription at any time in the event the Subscriber fails to pay for such Subscription, or for any other reason in the Company’s sole reasonable discretion. If a Subscription is cancelled, the Subscriber shall be responsible for payment of any outstanding payments. If a Subscriber chooses to reactivate an account, the Company will apply payments first to any past due amounts and then to any current and future obligations.
The Company reserves the right to change this Policy at any time, with any such changes becoming effective upon posting to the Company’s website at www.digitaldownline.com
Any amounts paid in connection with the Company’s provision of event services shall be deemed non-refundable.
